We offer free courier delivery on all orders over R1000

All parcels will be delivered fast and discreetly to anywhere in South Africa.

If your order is below R1000 a delivery fee of R120 will be charged.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries placed before 14h00 will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Applies only to main centre’s (Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria)

If you reside outside of a main centre, please allow for 4 to 6 working days for your order to be delivered.

Please note orders are only packaged from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 14h00, orders placed after 14h00 will be processed and packaged the following business day

Please note we do not deliver or send out orders on the weekends and public holidays

Peak Season (Black Friday/Cyber Monday Week and December/Early January)

Due to these high volumes of freight, parcels might be delayed.

Who will deliver my order?

Courier Guy will delivery your order door to door.

When will my order be packaged?

If your order is placed on the weekend or after hours, we will process and dispatch your order the following business day.

If you place an order on a Thursday after 14pm please allow for extra delivery time as your order will only be dispatched on Friday.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is placed. You can track your order via The Courier Guy’s website.
